Our Reseller Mission
Pocono Wholesale's mission is to make you a successful reseller, whether you are selling our items in your storefront, via our catalogs or on a website or auction listing. We will never contact your customers directly. All customer service issues regarding your customers are handled by you. If you require assistance with a particular matter, need advice or information you are welcome to contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Reseller Requirements
Pocono Wholesale does not have any specific requirements for resellers to begin using our services. We do not request a tax identification number to process your orders. There is no account set-up necessary. Subscription or membership fees will not be imposed on any reseller. Furthermore, there are no additional charges or fees for using our drop shipping service, which is explained below.
Selling Via Your Storefront
It is ideal for those wishing to sell our products via their storefront, to have the items on hand and displayed throughout their store. To do this, you will need to order the items ahead of time. It is suggested that at first, you purchase a small sampling of a variety of products that will integrate well with your other merchandise. Once you attain a good idea of what sells well, you can continually submit orders as required to maintain an inventory. In addition to keeping inventory on hand, many shoppes find it beneficial to also have our catalogs available at their checkout counter, enabling their customers to purchase products and have them shipped directly to their home. Prices listed in our catalogs are retail prices so you can make a great profit. Our company's name is NOT printed on any catalog either. This enables you to pass them off as your own. Catalog sales work best through community involvement and can be a great tool for a parent, family member or community member in raising funds for schools, sports and extra-curricular school groups, educational programs, religious and volunteer organizations and community development. Most of our customers successful catalog sales are generated by fundraising for educational programs. Listing Products On The Web
The items you wish to list on your website or auction listing will be manually added by you, just as you would add other items to your website or auction listing. Although we hold a copyright on all content you see on our website, we do have a disclosure allowing you to use our product descriptions and product images to sell the items. For a more detailed description on how to add products to your website or auction listing please check with your hosting company, e-commerce provider or online auctioneer. Please keep in mind that our copyright notice only allows for the copying of product descriptions and product images.
Product Descriptions
Visit the item's page. Using your mouse, highlight the product description and right click to select copy. Paste the product description onto your website or auction listing however you would normally add product information to it. If you desire an easier method of acquiring product descriptions, you are welcome to purchase the Product Picture CD available on our Catalogs page. The CD contains product shots from the World of Products Catalog, including product descriptions in an easy-to-use format.
Product Images
Visit the item's page and click on the image to make it larger. The image will open in the same window, as a 420 x 420 size image. Using your mouse, right click on the image and select save to save the product image to your computer. Remember to use the back button on your browser to return to the item page. You will then upload the product image to your website however you would normally add image files to it. If you desire an easier method of acquiring product images, you are welcome to purchase the Product Picture CD available on our Catalogs page. The CD contains product shots from the World of Products Catalog, including product descriptions in an easy-to-use format.
Drop Shipping Service
Pocono Wholesale offers a FREE drop shipping service (regular shipping rates apply only). Drop Shipping is the process by which an order you place is shipped to someone else. This is a valuable service for web merchants and online auctioneers. It provides you with the ability of offering your customers our products without any upfront costs, buying the merchandise ahead of time or keeping any inventory.
Drop ship orders do not provide the recipient with any prices. Our company name does not appear on anything that will be exposed to your customers, including invoices, products, warranties, or packaging materials. All orders are shipped using "DISTRIBUTION CENTER" to ensure we are shielded from the recipient. This way you can send your order without disclosing payment information or your wholesale source.
Placing A Drop Ship Order
Once you have sold the item(s) and collected the money from your customer, simply visit our website. Search for the item(s) you wish to order and add them to your cart. When you have added the item(s) to complete your order visit your cart and select checkout. During the 3-step checkout process you will provide your address as the bill to address, your customer's address as the ship to address and submit payment. You'll need to submit one order for each ship to address.
Inventory Reports
Pocono Wholesale offers our resellers Out of Stock and Discontinued Product reports. These reports are in easy downloadable files and are available free of charge. To view the PDF reports you will need Adobe Reader. You can download Adobe Reader for free here. Our reports are regularly updated and are great tools for all resellers, regardless of reselling venue. They are located on our Inventory Reports page. If you require specific to the minute stock information on an item, you are welcome to contact us. Unfortunately, we can not "hold" an item for you. All products are available on a first come, first serve basis.
