* Never leave a burning candle unattended.
* Do not burn near flammable objects. (curtains, lampshades etc)
* Burn only on heat resistant surfaces.
* Do not move a burning candle or place in a draft.
* Keep candle free of foreign material. (matches, wick clippings etc)
* Keep wick trimmed to 1/4 inch to avoid excessive smoking.
* Do not burn if container is cracked.
* Discontinue burning when less than 1/2 inch of wax remains.

You are welcome to purchase our catalogs at any time. Our catalogs do not actually expire; as items become unavailable they will be removed from our website and listed on our Discontinued Products Report. Prices listed in the catalogs are retail prices so resellers can show the catalogs and make a great profit. Our company's name is NOT printed on any catalog either. This enables resellers to pass them off as their own. If you wish to inquire on an item's wholesale price please search for the item by item number or description on our website.

Pocono Wholesale offers our resellers Out of Stock and Discontinued Product reports. These reports are in easy downloadable files and are available free of charge. To view the PDF reports you will need Adobe Reader. You can download Adobe Reader for free here. Our reports are regularly updated and are great tools for all resellers, regardless of reselling venue. They are located on our Inventory Reports page. If you require specific to the minute stock information on an item, you are welcome to contact us. Unfortunately, we can not "hold" an item for you. All products are available on a first come, first serve basis.

Merchandise
Some of our merchandise is manufactured in the United States of America and some of it is imported from various global exporters, passing quality control inspection before and after US arrival. We do not distribute merchandise which does not meet strict importing guidelines.

We take great pride in our country and are personally offended by the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001; as well as other acts of terrorism which have occurred against our Nation and our Nation's Allies. With that said, we do not acquire merchandise from countries that have been deemed as "State Sponsors of Terrorism". State Sponsors of Terrorism is a designation applied by the United States Department of State to nations who are designated by the Secretary of State "to have repeatedly provided support for acts of international terrorism".

Countries currently on the list are: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan and Syria.

Although Libya and South Yemen have been removed from the list, as per our Department of State, we still continue to not accept products manufactured by them, either in part or whole.

Minimum Order Requirements
Pocono Wholesale does not have a minimum order requirement. You are welcome to purchase or sell as much or as little as you desire and as often as you wish.

Ordering
You may browse our website to locate the item(s) you desire and select "Add to Cart" on the item's page. When you have completed shopping, you can select "View Your Cart" located in the top and bottom navigation bars. You can adjust quantities in the "View Your Cart" screen and then follow the simple 3-step checkout process to submit your order.

Payments
To keep our prices as low as possible, we only ship an order when we have received full payment. We do not extend lines of credit. Payments can securely be made using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, E-Check and PayPal.

Pricing
All of the products on the Pocono Wholesale website are listed with their true wholesale price, saving you up to 70% off retail.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is only imposed on orders shipping to a California address.

Shipping Info
All orders are processed for shipment within 4 business days and can ONLY be shipped to a street address within the Continental United States. We do not offer pick ups from any of our distribution centers. Please read our "Tips For Receiving Packages" below.

Shipping Rates

Shipment Received Damaged
All products are well-packaged to withstand damage during shipping. We double-box many items and handle fragile items with great care to avoid them being damaged during shipping. If an item looks damaged, please contact the carrier (UPS, U.S. Postal Service, DHL, etc) whom delivered the order and submit a "Damage Claim Report" to them for reimbursement.

Shipping Returns
Damaged products can not be returned. For damaged products, please follow the above referenced guide. If you decide that you must return an undamaged item, follow these steps:

* Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
* Ship the items to the distribution address we provide you with.
* Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity, as shipped.
* Merchandise & packaging must bear no markings or be otherwise damaged.
* Merchandise must be returned to us within 15 days from date of delivery.

Please Note: Returns which do not meet the conditions described in this policy will be returned and shipping cost of return will be charged. Please do not return any merchandise before contacting us, a RAN (Return Authorization Number) must be assigned to ensure your claim is handled correctly and you are issued a proper credit in a timely manner.

Tips For Receiving Packages
Even if the package appears only slightly damaged, write "Package Damaged" when you sign for delivery. This is VERY important, as it informs the driver and the carrier that there is a potential issue with your order.

If you have accepted the package only to find that items are damaged upon opening, please contact the carrier right away and file a damage claim report with them. Most freight carriers have this feature on their website. Speed matters since most carriers only let you file freight claims within 48 hours of delivery, so please contact them immediately. You can find valuable information and links regarding filing a "Damage Claim" report above in the "Shipment Received Damaged" section.

For any damaged order, it is very important that you save the original packaging because in some instances the carrier may request to see it. They may send a representative to view the box or they may require it be sent to them and in some cases they may accept pictures of it.
